How To Apply Wall-Tastic

Step 1
Select piece number 1.

Step 2
Lay piece number 1 face down on a clean flat surface.

Step 3
Apply standard wallpaper paste (to the back) and leave for a few seconds for it to soak into the paper a little, then if necessary reapply a little more.

Step 4
Line paper up to top left of the wall, try your best to apply the paper from the top down, gently smoothing the paper flat to the wall. This should help prevent any bubbles forming under the paper (if you have bubbles often you can gently “press” them out to the edge).

Step 5
Repeat steps 1 to 4 for pieces 2 to 12 as illustrated.

It really is that simple!

Tips;

• To get the best finish possible try to avoid air bubbles from getting trapped under the sheet. By using the back of your forearm you can smooth the whole sheet evenly to the wall (top to bottom). Some small air bubbles will probably still be left, do your best to smooth them to the sides. Often smaller bubbles will disappear once the paste has dried. Larger bubbles can be removed by carefully repositioning the sheet or by "popping" them with a pin and pressing the paper onto the wall.
• When you get to the bottom row remember to check the gap height against the paper length. If the paper is much longer than the wall, measure the gap and cut the paper to suit. When cutting the paper leave the paper at least one inch longer/bigger than the gap on the wall. The paper should be applied top to bottom and any excess paper should be cut (easiest once the paste has dried).
• Remember to allow plenty of time for the paste to dry before allowing your children to touch or colour the paper.
